To Judy This site has been around for yrs. She has posted her templates to make blinkies. The site you posted is is proof of nothing. They are blinkies made with other people dolls and someones blnkie templates. I for one am very happy she post her templates for free for others to use. I do not know what your problem is but your post was very rude!
The most early post in this site is march 2008, JC blinkies link in Fotki is more than 2 years old.
